Linda, Managing Director of Sterling Leadership is an engaging, warm and talented business leader. She adopts a pragmatic and commercial, yet innovative approach to working with clients. Linda has combined Senior Management and Human Resources experience gained across a range of industries.

Her career spans over 24 years in a variety of organisations in Australia and the United Kingdom coupled with business experience in New Zealand, Fiji and a number of South East Asian countries. Linda’s experience includes corporations, professional and public sector organisations. She has a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resources Development and Counselling and Mediation. Linda holds a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. She is Master Practitioner Neuro Semantics and Neuro Linguistic Programming and is accredited with Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

Linda has proven experience across all facets of Coaching. She has substantial experience developing Human Resources strategy and plans and delivering effective programs. Linda has achieved successful business results with her clients through implementing skills development programs to harness capability. She shares her expertise in Leadership through public and in house programs.

Linda is a public speaker and has spoken at various public conferences and programs on a wide range of topics, such as People Management, Strategy and Leadership.
