Jo is a trainer and coach with over ten years experience in training & facilitation. The scope of her facilitation covers Team Building, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Communication, Coaching skills for Managers, Facilitation skills for technical trainers.

Jo brings a variety of professional experiences to her facilitation, with a career that has included Leadership development training, Organisational Development, Change Management, HR Consulting, Career Counseling, Executive Coaching, Sales & Marketing and Event Management. She has experience in both the private and public sectors.

Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Social Ecology, majoring in Critical Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Vocational Education and Training.

Postgraduate certificates in Human Resource Management, Frontline Management and Marketing.

Jo has accreditations in: Coaching level 2 from Institute of Executive Coaching, LSI – Human Synergistics, MBTI, DiSC, Conflict Resolution, Mentoring in the Workplace, Handling Workplace Grievances and Telephone Counseling.

Jo’s Career includes:

• Career Centre Consultant and Diversity Program Consultant – Dept of Housing – won a Silver NSW Government Award for the Aboriginal Mentoring Program
• Learning and Development Consultant, development and delivery of Coaching and Performance Management training to senior management and the project management of the Executive Development Program - Corrective Services Academy
• Career Transition Management Consulting - Morgan & Banks & Robert Walters
• HR Consulting with Morgan & Banks/TMP – now Hudson
• Dept Public Works & Services – HR policy development

Jo is currently involved in client consulting to provide training needs analysis, design and delivery of Frontline Management and other Leadership Development Programs.
